Hi all D group,
I should be there this Thursday at 7PM as usual, maybe try a shorter run with a little speed-work thrown in.
Thinking about Billingshurst this Sunday in deference to Wendy the 2nd and Jen. What do people think and who's up for it?

Hiya... I'd like to, but can't make it this weekend. Tim officially joins the Vet's Club on Saturday & we'll be in Rome consoling him on that. I should be there for Thursday (9th), though.

Well I'm almost snot free, might be slightly hung over but I'm definately up for a run on Sunday :) Hopefully won't puke!
