Passchendaele twinned with Rusper

I never knew that mud came in so many hues and textures although as Jen pointed out it was the green stuff that we found downhill and downwind of the farm which was the most hazardous. Let’s just say it was full of “nutrients”. Felt like running in treacle but looked much worse. Once my map reading error was taken into account we did 6.8 miles with almost 500ft of climb. I'm not sure what our overall minute miling was but I reckon we were doing 6's in the field full of horses (why the long face?).

Anyway, it looks likely I will be around this Tuesday so see you all at BBH.

No Sunday run next week as I will be doing the Duck Pond Waddle. However I am having physio for it and hopefully I will be running straight again soon.
